Is KFC REALLY going to sell their game console called KFConsole? What did you think of this? Did you believe it when you first saw it? As much as we hope to stay away from all rumors, they seem always to find ways to appear as a part of our daily lives – from the internet or general communication. Don’t know what to believe anymore? We feel you. In this post, we will share in detail the 5 ongoing widespread rumors. Can you tell what is true and what is false?
Is the KFC game console oven real?
It may sound suspicious, but it is TRUE! Now you can conveniently play video games and heat fried chickens all at the same time. In June 2020, a Twitter account @kfcgaming posted a tweet that introduced a new product, “KFConsole,” with a short clip. At that time, many people thought it was just one of too many bad 2020 jokes.
Later in December, Mark Walton, the spokesman for Intel, confirmed in one of his tweets that the KFConsole is indeed real – a game console/chicken warmer duo that the KFC gaming department launched in cooperation with Intel. Now you can learn more details on the landing page and consider buying one!

Did Disney Parks abandon a giant Mickey Mouse head?
The answer is NO! This photo was described as an “abandoned park” on Pinterest, causing people to believe there is an actual site with an abandoned Mickey head from Disney. In reality, the photo was simply an art work by Filip Hodas – there is no such site or abandoned Mickey Mouse head.

Do people have to wear red or blue masks due to the “National Mask Code?”
There is NO such thing called National Mask Code.
A photo that claimed a “National Mask Code” has been widely discussed on Twitter since January 3rd. Rumor has it that unvaccinated people have to wear red masks, be restricted from travel, voting, and commerce. What’s more? They will have to undergo a 3-month lockdown.
There is no such law nor “code” that labels people with different mask colors. The State of Utah Covid-19 Response has clarified that “the state of Utah will never require or ask you to wear a certain color of mask to prove you’ve been vaccinated.”

Is there really a COVID 5G chip diagram?
Absolutely NO! Conspiracy says that by injecting COVID-19 vaccines, the patients are also being injected with a 5G chip for government to trace everyone. A photo titled “COVID 5G chip diagram” has gone viral on social media, especially by those who are anti-vaccine along the way.
Are you curious about the background or source of the photo? To our understanding, the photo was actually the electric circuit of a guitar pedal (Boss MT-2 Metal Zone). Wow.

Will the WhatsApp message ‘Argentina is doing it’ hack my phone?
The reoccurring rumor went viral again. The answer is still NO. In July 2020, a rumor in the format of a video was spread widely on WhatsApp called ‘Argentina is doing it.’ The video claimed that the viewer’s phone is hacked upon viewing the content. A similar rumor was spread again in October 2020, with the new text “India is doing it.” Who is next on this ‘doing it’ list?
