Jayde Richmond is General Manager of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s National Anti-Scam Centre, which promotes public and private sector collaboration to make Australia a harder target for scams. Jayde is a qualified lawyer and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her legal and public service career has led to improved outcomes for vulnerable Australians through compliance, education and advocacy initiatives on consumer rights and safety. She has held roles at the Australian Communications and Media Authority; the Law Institute of Victoria; the Office of Public Prosecutions (Vic) and in industry Ombuds schemes.
