As of 08/31/2023, the site is offline. However, when it was active, ShoeClearanceSale[.]com appeared to be misusing the name and branding of Dick’s Sporting Goods, as can be seen in the screenshot below.

It’s likely that the website’s owners were misusing Dick’s branding in an attempt to scam people. Any orders placed on the site were most likely not fulfilled, and the same could be expected for future orders if the site were to come back online.
