If you receive emails in which someone says he’s going to give you millions of dollars, please be careful. It might be a SCAM!
Scammers pretend to be anyone like businessmen or women who have won the lottery, falsely claiming that they are giving away money in the name of charity or asking you to help them invest with a huge amount of wealth. Then you will be asked to enter personal information including address, phone numbers, and even ID card or passport, which could be possibly used for further identity thefts.
In other cases the life stories are different, but all the phishing emails are with the same goal: to lure you into giving away your personal information or even financial credentials!
Please be smart with your personal information. If someone asks you to provide sensitive information for some big prize, it’s definitely a SCAM!
